CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Chair Yoga
So you think you can't do yoga? Try yoga using a chair! This class is specifically designed for Seniors and people with physical challenges who prefer to not get up and down off the floor. Enjoy all of the benefits of yoga with the support of a chair available if you like. Yoga poses focus on balance, strength and flexibility. Absolutely no previous yoga experience required!
 

Fusion Yoga
This yoga classes invites you to explore postures, from the basic to the more complex, through a variety of styles including hatha, Ayurvedic, yin/yang, restorative, and flow yoga. Modifications will always be offered!  All levels are welcome, but beginners may find this class challenging.

Hatha Yoga For All
This welcoming class will relax and restore mind, body, and spirit. It will stretch and strengthen the body, calm the mind, and invite you to connect with spirit. Sometimes playful, sometimes meditative, sometimes quite vigorous, sometimes calming, this class is always safe and fun, and it requires only self-acceptance. This class often concludes with a guided relaxation/meditation. All levels welcomed and encouraged.

Ladies Night Out: A woman's only class
Enjoy an evening out with girlfriends or just some time for yourself. Celebrate yoga with a fabulous feminine flair. This is an all-levels class where you can learn the foundations of yoga or allow your practice and spirit to grow through more advanced expressions of the postures. This is a vinyasa flow class focused on creating long lean muscles and open calm minds. 

Mindful Motion Yoga
This yoga class encourages mindfulness and self-awareness with special attention to technique and alignment. This class also includes breath work and deep relaxation to bring both strength and ease to your body, mind, and sprit. All levels, including beginners, welcomed and encouraged. 

Mixed Level Vinyasa Flow
This flowing hatha yoga class offers a full spectrum practice from meditative and rejuvenating to the challenging and empowering that will create a whole body transformation of strength, fluidity, circulation and centering. Modifications will always be offered! All levels are welcome, but beginners may find this class challenging.

Root and Ascend Vinyasa Flow
Root, explore, and grow your yoga journey with this progressive Vinyasa flow designed to calm your mind, cultivate your body, and nourish your spirit. This weekly practice will combine the use of Asana (postures, including some more complex postures), pranayama (breath work), and some chanting. Modifications will always be offered! All levels are welcome, but beginners may find this class challenging.
