Are you new to yoga? Do you think that you can’t do yoga? Do you want
a good understanding of the basics before coming to a class? Come join us for this four week class where you will learn how
to make yoga work for you. Get introduced to all of the basics, including the origins of yoga, breathing and relaxation techniques,
and, of course, the postures! There will be plenty of time to answer your questions. A new session begins on the second Tuesday
of each month if there is sufficient interest.
